High Blood Pressure is a silent killer because many times it does not show openly. And if this is not taken care of properly and in time, it may result into Heart Disease. Now a days our life is running like the hands of a clock. Every other minute we are required to do something new, in a unique way, that too very quickly. In this rush, we neglect ourselves. No timely food and harmful fast food are some of our unhealthy habits. Apart from this, we do not even have the time to take sufficient rest, which only worsens the situation. As we live in urban area, pollution and stress affects badly on our health. As a result ? high blood pressure or heart diseases. Nearly 10 to 25% of the world population is found to have high blood pressure. Not only old people but also the younger generation. Prevention is always better than cure.
