Yoga for Children
Pebbles presents “Yoga for Children”, for our little friends. Kids will learn to increase their capacity, both mental and physical, by practicing Yoga daily. Now a days children have all sorts of tensions and a lot of work load. Like school, homework, classes and many other things…. If we talk about mental tension, then it is different for different age. Kids over watch T.V; also play video games or computer games. So they hardly get physical exercise. Above all the fast food is harming their health. The side effects of these are very bad. Sometimes they suffer from headache or have to wear spectacles. Kid's biggest tension is to fulfill their parents' wishes and the competition. Now a days parents are very ambitious about their children. Kids try their best to fulfill them. They study a lot, practice a lot, but still there is something lacking in their performance. Possibly, they are not able to concentrate fully or their capacity is deficient.
